As a School Counselor in Dolores, you will serve as a trusted guide and advocate for students, providing individualized support, guidance, and resources to help them navigate the challenges of adolescence and achieve personal and academic success.

Job Description

• Full time 
• M-F
• 8:00am-3:50pm
• Approx. 300 students on caseload 
• Serving Elementary kiddos 
• One school location 
• Responsibilities: run PBIS, classroom visits for character lessons, bully program, conflict resolution, and threat/suicide assessment

Job Requirements

• Master's level degree in Guidance & Counseling or School Counseling
• Colorado Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Certified to practice in Colorado
• School experience
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Time-Management skills
• Reliable transportation
• Able to pass a drug and background check

Interview Process

• 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
• 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district
• Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
